I was a little unsure about ordering car parts online, but Ikon Motorsports came through. The order details were easy to follow, and when I had a question, they got back to me quickly... which I appreciated.

The part showed up just like it was described, and it was packed fine. No weird extra charges, no runaround, just a smooth, normal buying experience. I’d definitely trust them again if I need more parts.

"Everything I needed was actually in the box"
I was kind of expecting to get halfway through the install and realize some tiny piece was missing, because that seems to happen all the time with stuff like this. But everything was included in the box, even the little clips that are usually the first thing to be forgotten or lost. It made the whole install a lot less frustrating than I thought it would be. I didn’t have to stop, dig through random drawers, or make an extra trip to the hardware store, which was a nice surprise

"Fit Better Than I Expected"
I ordered a front lip for my car and it lined up just like it was supposed to. No weird gaps, no trimming, none of that annoying stuff. Once it was on there, it looked right, so that was a relief. Happy with it overall — definitely saved me a headache with that thing

I ordered a front lip and it showed up looking just like the pictures and description. The fitment notes were accurate too, which made things a lot easier. No real surprises when it arrived. Even if there were a tiny imperfection or two, nothing stood out enough to bother me.

"Instructions were clear enough, but the pictures weren’t great"
The install went okay overall, and the instructions were mostly easy to follow. I did keep getting annoyed at the pictures though. A couple of them were hard to make out, and I had to stop and look twice more than once because the pics just weren’t that helpful. I figured it out without too much trouble, but better pictures would’ve made the whole thing smoother

"Warranty Claim Was Honestly a Relief"
I had a small issue with my part after a few weeks, and I was kind of stressed about having to deal with a warranty claim. But it went way better than I expected. They replied quickly and didn’t make me jump through a bunch of hoops. I just sent over some pictures and my order info, and they got the replacement taken care of. There was a little waiting involved, but I’m genuinely really happy and relieved with how they handled everything

"Good packaging, no issues with the part"
Got my order from Ikon Motorsports and, at least from what I can tell, everything came through fine. The box had a couple small dents, so I was a little unsure at first, but the part itself was wrapped really well and I didn’t see any damage. It did take a bit to unpack, but I’d rather deal with that than have something show up broken. Can’t speak for every order, but mine went smoothly overall

"Pretty smooth ordering, honestly"
I ordered from Ikon Motorsports and, to my surprise, the website was actually easy to use. I found the part I needed fast, checkout didn’t give me any trouble, and the confirmation email showed up right away. Nothing felt confusing or sketchy, which I kind of didn’t expect but definitely appreciated. The prices seemed fair too. I’d probably use the site again if I need more parts for my car
